These terms apply when you buy something from Hutch’s Testimonial. Nothing in them affects your legal rights.
Hutch’s Testimonial is an unincorporated association formed to run Rory Hutchinson’s testimonial year from 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Any delivery charge will be shown before you pay.
Payment is taken when you place your order, including for pre-orders.
You will receive an email confirming your order. If we cannot supply something you have ordered, we will contact you and provide a full refund.
If there is an obvious pricing error, we may correct it before your order is dispatched. You can then choose to pay the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
Estimated availability dates are shown on the product page. These are estimates rather than guaranteed dates.
If an item is significantly delayed, we will let you know. You may wait for it or cancel for a full refund.
We deliver to the UK and to most countries overseas by Royal Mail. Available delivery and collection options, costs and estimated timings are shown at checkout.
For deliveries outside the UK, your country may charge import tax, duty or a handling fee on arrival, which is payable by you. Deliveries to the United States are the exception: the delivery charge includes an estimate of US import duty, which we pay when we post your order, so there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
Unless we agree otherwise with you, your order will be delivered within 30 days or by the estimated pre-order date shown when you order.
You have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return it.

If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email theteam@hutchstestimonial.com. We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund and cover reasonable return postage.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
