You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us that you wish to cancel.
Email theteam@hutchstestimonial.com with your order number and tell us you want to cancel. We will reply with the return address.
You then have 14 days to send the item back.
Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and with any original tags attached.
Please include your order number with your return and use a tracked postal service. You are responsible for the item until it is received by us.
If you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the return postage.
If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us before returning it. We will cover reasonable return costs.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Postage will not be refunded.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
